The good soul of the house
Tireless, lively, full of passion – we’re talking about Wilma, our senior host. Solid as a rock and a first-class cook, with her daughter Iris as her right hand. Besides managing the kitchen of the Hotel Alte Goste to the highest standards, Wilma spoils her guests with delicious South Tyrolean crations and with her good humour!

Always ready with a joke
Our senior host is unbeatable when it comes to chatting and making jokes. And we are not the only ones who think so - also our guests love to have a chat with him. But Paul can also be highly professional, especially when it comes to giving tips and advice. He is a real bundle of energy and always recharges our batteries!
Iris
Pasionate chef
With love, creativity and a warm smile, our junior chef Iris runs the kitchen of the "Alte Goste" together with her mother Wilma. Several stays in France, Switzerland and Austria have given her invaluable culinary expertise, a solid basis for her refined dishes. Is your mouth already watering?

Service manager & sommelier
Christian is a big fan of team spirit, evolution and progress. With verve and passion, our host quickly gains the trust of his guests. As a passionate sommelier, he also fascinates them with refined tastings and curious stories about the South Tyrolean wines.
Hanspaul
Young IT & gardening expert
He always makes our garden blossom – we’re talking about Hanspaul, Iris' younger brother. His other great passion: technology. With him at our side, we no longer fear any technical problems!
