Useful information for your holiday at our Hotel & Residence in South Tyrol


In order to confirm your booking, we ask you to pay the agreed deposit by bank transfer or credit card charge.

Check-In & Check-Out

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from approx. 2 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate your room before 11 am.


You can park your car free of charge in our car hotel park.

Shuttle service

Fast and comfortable from the train station directly to the Hotel Alte Goste & Residence Iris? We'll pick you up on arrival and take you to the station on departure.

Breakfast & Co.

On request, of course, we take children's special requests and special dietary requirements into account when preparing breakfast and dinner.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax amounts to € 3,50 per person/day in the Residence Iris and to € 3,50 per person/day in the Hotel Alte Goste and has to be paid directly on site. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from paying this tax.

Payment methods

You can pay in cash (up to € 4.999), by debit card (EC) or credit card.


Sometimes it’s nice to connect with the outside world even when you’re on holiday. That's why free WiFi is available in the whole Hotel Alte Goste & Residence Iris.


Unfortunately, your pet is not allowed to accompany you to the Hotel Alte Goste & Residence Iris. Although we really like dogs and other animals, for several reasons we have decided to offer our guests a pet-free holiday. Thank you for your understanding!


Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the entire house and therefore also in all our rooms, suites and apartments.

Cancellation policy

Unfortunately, something can always occur before your holiday and prevent your departure. In this case, please inform us in writing as soon as possible.
Provided that both parties confirm the cancellation of the stay, we offer the following cancellation conditions:
  • Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date: free cancellation
  • 29-16 days before the agreed arrival date: 50% of the total amount
  • From 15 days before the agreed arrival date: 75% of the total amount
  • In case of no-show, delayed arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booking price for days not enjoyed
